Go to the upper left corner and select Mail to return to your inbox. In the right pane, go to the Message Format section.
Go to the upper-right corner, beneath your name, click Options and select See All Options. The subject of the task is taken from the subject line of the email, but you can easily change this to something more meaningful in your tasks list. It will copy the content of the email into the body of the task so you have all the information you need in the task. Outlook with take your email and convert it into a task.
